01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and idr89 ("Platform" or "We"). This document governs your use of all services, products, and content provided through the idr89.fun website and the idr89 mobile app.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or using any feature of the idr89 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions. This agreement takes effect from the date of your first use of the platform and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

Idr89 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Members who fail to prove eligible age or are found to have provided false age information will face account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

02 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each member is only permitted to hold one account only at idr89. Owning more than one account by the same individual is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or misleading information is grounds for account termination without prior warning.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
